Abstract :Modern way of business practice nowadays, beside capital, employees and working space, also includes mobbing as a part of daily routine. Violence at workplace, especially psychological kind, is something that occurs daily. The domain of violence is various, from ignorance, yelling, work overload, to humiliation, underestimation and mocking. Situation is ultimately serious especially for an honest and hardworking employee who wants to earn his salary in an honest way doing the job he is qualified for, without disturbing the other employees. Exactly this described situation presents a perfect mobbing victim over whom a mobbe, abuser person, practices sophisticated activities to harm and do anjustice over a victim. For a mobber, aim of abusing the others is overcoming personal shortcomings by tortuting his colleagues and associates. The solution to this problem is to be searched for in Law and legislation and aggressive media commercials and campaigns fighting this phenomenon. Mobbing victims should necessarily be supported and given protection, it should be clearly defined and formulated what to do and who to refer to if they are noticed. |

Abstract : Policyholders who are in the years before retirement and are intending to use the accumulated sum on pension accounts to purchase an annuity are the most sensitive category with regard to fluctuations in the capital market. It is that the policyholders of such profiles have been hardest hit by the latest economic crisis that led the collapse of stock market indices. For a successful asset management of pension funds it is important to define the stage of capital accumulation and phase of its preservation. Accumulation phase involves the accumulation of capital securities with potentially high returns, while the phase of capital preservation is based on risk-free debt securities of the highest rating. Actions taken during the phase of capital accumulation as well as the optimal moment of transition in the phase of its conservation are of vital importance for the amount of the accumulated sum that will be taken at the time of retirement. |

Abstract : In accordance with available elements of competitiveness of bee products production (primarily natural conditions and long tradition), all stakeholders within the beekeeping in Serbia have to approach more aggressive and from many aspects to the issues of development of mentioned segment of livestock breeding, especially during the period of constant growth of prices and demand for these products in the world. In paperwork was determined contribution margin in honey production within the system of mobile beekeeping on the territory of Pančevo city (production capacity of 50 hives). Also, it was analyzed the level of sensitivity of honey production caused by oscillations in obtained yields and prices of honey at local market, or by change of costs that appear in this production. |

Abstract :The paper presents the role of global corporations in the modern economic - political world. Without getting into the legal form of organization of international companies on the role of institutions in creating a new, global world. Global corporations have entered into all sectors of the economy, especially in those that are technologically and financially cost-effective, such as the software industry, pharmaceutical, oil and petrochemical industries, banking and the all financial service sector. Due to the increasingly oligopolistic and even monopolistic positions in certain markets, global corporations are the target of economic analysts, thus creating a somewhat distorted picture of reality. Since their business is based on very scattered but dependent coordinated structure of branches and most of all a huge capital sometimes, consciously or not, violates the basic laws of economy. Global corporations are the creators of global changes and as such have a great influence on the adoption of economic, political and other decisions of sovereign states. In order to safeguard its position in the market sometimes ignores national laws and violate the basic rules of business, by offering bribes to civil servants and officials. Establishing communication with the countries in which they are present, with global institutions, political parties deliberately developed a new form of non-state diplomacy. Corporate diplomacy as a product of global corporate activity is increasingly gaining in importance and becomes a subject of research and study. |

Abstract :The period from the beginning of the nineteenth century to the First World War for the Serbian people was filled with thunderous war and peace activities aimed liberation and unification. After the Balkan Wars, Turkey was finally banished from almost all over the Balkans, and Serbia has a decisive role in these wars, carried not only the liberation of Kosovo, Metohija and Vardar area already and gained a great reputation among their brethren in the Austro-Hungary. Habsburgs monarchy is now in Serbia saw a dangerous opponent and obstacle to the further penetration of east. First World War brought about the collapse of the Austro -Hungary and Serbia to win with greate victims. There is , with the assistance of the great powers and the creation of the first Yugoslav state (non-Bulgarians). This country is united, winners and losers. The animosity of the two parties, and the loyalty of the central government were and are insoluble problem. At the beginning of the dispute broke out in the first Constitution, but later changes had been made under pressure from without and from within, but without permanent result. Simple in one component of the State of Croatia, there was a sincere desire to preserve it. |

Abstract :The main economic goal of copper consumer is to maximize certain benefits, while the goal of copper manufacturers is maximizing the profit. From an economic point of view, the optimum level between these two goals, is the one where the difference between the cost and economic impact is greatest. However, the economic optimum level may not be the best from the environmental point of view. The focus of the paper is on the production and consumption of copper in the world, as well as the performance of the price of copper on LME (London Metal Exchange). Bearing in mind that the production of copper resulting external costs that are not included in the price of copper, the aim of the paper refers to point out the significance of introducing external cost in the model of supply and demand of copper in the stock market. |

Abstract :The subject of the paper are effects of legislative application that are directly or indirectly related to matter of entrepreneurship who, in order to gain profit perform certain economic activity independently, strives to find successful business ideas and implement them on the market according to current legislation. The goal of the paper is to demonstrate that existing legal regulative does not provide sufficient protection of entrepreneurial sector, although there are enacted series of laws that are directly or indirectly related to entrepreneurial matter, whose application should enable recovery of entrepreneurial sector, economic development and higher employment of population. The paper starts with hypothesis that in Serbia the activity of entrepreneurs is made more difficult primary due to unfavorable conditions of market operations, difficulties in collecting payments, high taxes and unfair competition. Defined hypothesis is approved in the paper through comparative analysis of outstanding legislation and its effects on entrepreneurs operations in practice. Enactment of the law that would specially and in many details regulate the institute of entrepreneur, as well as introduction of new incentives and exemptions for entrepreneurial activity would create good foundation for future development of this institute which should be one of promoters of lapsed economy in Serbia. |

Abstract :Wheat is the most important cereal and a strategic product of each national economy. In this regard , the authors of this paper focuses its research put the production and marketing of these crops . Production, processing and marketing of wheat globally tend to increase , while in our production and reduce turnover . The reasons for the fall in production was the lack of economic interest to invest in the production of wheat , the costs are often higher than income , there are disparities price uncertainty placements etc. . Production ensures food security and exports very modest . The average annual production is about 2 million tons , of which the market deliver about 300 tons mainly through organized purchase . Wheat exports over the period, modest , amounting to an average of 300 000 tonnes and was drastically reduced in the last two years . Imports of wheat is symbolic , but if the negative trend in production is expected that the traditional net exporters become an importer of wheat bread . |

Rise and executing business goals of the organization in terms of a profit increase from year to year for a long period of time does not necessarily mean a successful business, on the contrary overstatement it could mean the devastation of the organization. Abstract :Breaking news that seek to draw attention to the global crisis on its last legs (eg price per barrel of crude oil on the New York Stock Exchange and the price of Brent oil from the London Stock Exchange recorded a sharp decline), suggest that it is not superfluous to elaborate on the elements of the global financial crisis and its fundamental elements. The United States in 2007. years have shaken major financial crisis caused by problems in the mortgage market. A huge number of the debtor was unable to repay their loan obligations and U.S. banking giants had big expectations for earnings just on these loans, they found themselves at the edge of bankruptcy. However, the crisis did not stop only on the mortgage loan, but is still manifesting itself as the trigger which caused a domino effect on the U.S. financial market. Detailed retrospective of the events shows that the U.S. during 90th years experience of real economic growth and reinforce its position as the most powerful economic countries in the world. As such, the U.S. has become the safest place to invest capital and huge sums of money, and counted billions of dollars are continously streamed into the United States. |

For the measuring of voluntary personnel outflow numerous different indicators can be used.The indicateors of voluntary personnel are usually performed based on the number of personnel who voluntarly left the organisation towards the overall or the average number of the staff over time.
